He was brought in as the third Chief Administrative Officer in 2022, following the previous 2 predecessors since the inception of the District in 2019. Welcome to Kitagwenda District Local Government, a cosmopolitan district with diverse cultures and ethnicities. Kitagwenda was created in 2019 by an act of parliament and has since gone through a number of transitions in very many areas to date.

A number of successes have been registered not forgetting also some challenges. I and the whole team, both technical and politcal teams are determined to bring success to Kitagwenda in terms of development through service ldelivery to the people. This success will be achieved through combined efforts of the Civil servants, Political leaders and the native people of this great district.
